Patrick Evans, PA-C

Patrick Evans, MPAS, Physician Assistant – Certified, grew up in Houston, Texas. He completed his Bachelor of Arts in Religion at Baylor University and a Master of Divinity at Baylor’s Truett Seminary. After graduation, Patrick chose to pursue his love of music in Nashville where he worked for several artist management companies.

After moving back to Texas, and working in neuroscience research at the University of Texas at Dallas, Patrick decided to pursue the practice of medicine and become a physician assistant. Patrick completed his Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies at The University of Texas Southwestern School of Health Professions, graduating in December 2018. Prior to joining Wellspire, Patrick practiced internal medicine for two years in the suburbs of Dallas-Fort Worth before transitioning to the field of dermatology in 2021. His medical philosophy is to provide empathetic, high quality, evidence-based care, treating you just like one of his family members or close friends.

Patrick is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants. He is licensed by the Texas State Board of Medical Examiners and is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

In his free time he enjoys reading, karaoke, live music, attending Baylor sporting events, exercising, exploring Houston, and spending time with friends and family.
