Dr. Fabiana Farinetti practices both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics in Wellspire’s Kingwood office. A board-certified physician, she was a top-ranked doctor with Tenet Healthcare before joining our team.  Patients laud Dr. Farinetti as knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. During Dr. Farinetti’s residency in the combined Internal Medicine-Pediatrics training program at Louisiana State, she conducted research and co-authored papers examining which genes are affected by toxic or pathological conditions such as drug use or AIDS, causing neurons to work abnormally. Dr. Farinetti has been practicing in the Houston area since 2012. Dr. Farinetti lives in Atascocita with her husband and three children. In her free time, she enjoys exercising, traveling, and visiting with family.
