Dr. Brian Chou

Dr. Brian Yuan Chou graduated with highest honors from Ross University School of Medicine in Dominica, West Indies and completed his residency training at Seton Hall University where he served as associate chief resident.

Board certified in internal medicine, Dr. Chou specializes in endocrinology, diabetes, and metabolism. His clinical interest include disorders of diabetes type 1 and 2, pituitary, thyroid function and cancer, adrenal, hypogonadism, PCOS, osteoporosis, parathyroid, obesity, lipid,s and secondary hypertension.

Dr. Chou treats patients 18 years and older as well as younger patients on a case-by case-basis. He realizes the importance of listening to his patients, open communication, and developing their trust. He makes patient education a priority and believes that informed patients take more active roles in their wellbeing.

A resident of Houston, Dr. Chou is married with two children. Away from his practice, he enjoys outdoor activities, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and spending time with his family.
