Dr. Ismael Diaz

Dr. Ismael Diaz is a Family Practice Physician in Humble, Texas. He graduated with honors from University Of Texas Medical School At Houston in 1998. Dr. Diaz has more than 19 years of diverse experience, first as the owner of Diaz Family Medicine Clinic in Atascocita and then joining Wellspire Medical Group in 2013. He has a passion for working with patients ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics.

Dr. Diaz is well-known and respected in our community and is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Texas Academy of Family Physicians.

In Dr. Diaz’s free time he enjoys exercising and spending time with his wife and three kids.
