Dr. Praful Kaushik

Dr. Praful Kaushik was born and grew up in New Delhi, India and immigrated to the United States in 2004 to Atlanta, Georgia. He is fluent in Hindi the native language of India. He completed his Bachelor in Science in the field of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at University of Georgia and went on to earn his M.D. at Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia. He completed his Internal Medicine training in Chicago at University of Illinois Medical Center.

Dr. Kaushik has recently moved to Houston, Texas to continue his career in Internal Medicine with the Wellspire team. He is married to wife Jaime who is an Oncological Pharmacist at M.D. Anderson Hospital. He likes to follow Georgia Bulldogs in college football and travel in his free time.
